Thursday night [April 30, 2026] was Candidate Information Night in Council Chambers and one of the guest speakers was my friend and former Wardmate Marc Laferriere.
For a moment before the meeting we had a chance to sit in our old chairs and reminisce about our shared journey as first time Councillors last term. (And we had a good chat over some pizza after the meeting 
)
That journey last term created a rare lifelong bond that goes beyond friendship.
